# EigenPipe > Turn any LLM into mastery over your local codebase. EigenPipe connects any MCP-compatible LLM provider to your machine over the Model Context Protocol — the model thinks in the cloud while your codebase is read, edited, and run entirely on your own machine. EigenPipe is a developer tool, not a model. You bring your own MCP-compatible provider (including custom and self-hosted models on your own GPUs). You switch on selectable skills, watch every command the model runs (open any one for details), and can stop anytime. Your code never leaves your machine. It is a tool — use it only on platforms that permit connecting external tools, and follow your provider's terms. In active development; access is currently admin-granted. ## Pages - [Home](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/): product overview - [Features](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/features): skills, speed, local execution, and live command observability - [Skills](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/skills): selectable skills — Software, API Development, Token-Saver, Website Design, and a growing catalog - [How it works](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/how-it-works): the MCP + OAuth bridge, the connect flow, and the workspace-jailed toolset - [Use cases](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/use-cases): everyday developer scenarios - [Pricing](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/pricing): launching soon; free during the development phase - [FAQ](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/faq): what it is, providers, data handling, control, safety - [Request access](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/request-access): early access is granted by an admin - [Terms](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/terms) - [Privacy](https://eigenpipe.eigensol.com/privacy) ## Notes - Clients: a CLI and a VS Code extension that share one Client token. - Connection: MCP + OAuth to the EigenPipe server, then a secure WebSocket bridge to your machine. - Control: you choose active skills, every command is visible, and the workspace is jailed to the folder you open. - Built by EigenSol — https://www.eigensol.com/
